Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on industry experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise while also being capable of leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work on ERP, CRM, and enterprise software development projects.
- Build custom web applications and client-specific software solutions.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Review code and maintain coding standards across projects.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
- Manage multiple development projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support whenever required.




- Prepare technical documentation and system architecture documentation

Performance Evaluation

Candidate will be evaluated based on technical knowledge, UI implementation, code quality, task completion, teamwork, communication skills, learning ability, and overall performance.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
