Position: Presales Executive / Engineer

Experience

3–6 Years

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field)
- Experience in Government Tenders, EdTech, IT Infrastructure, System Integration, or Educational Solutions is preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Executive to support Government and Private Education Projects by preparing BOQs, analyzing tenders, developing technical proposals, coordinating with OEMs, and identifying technically compliant solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

BOQ & Solution Preparation

- Prepare BOQs based on tender specifications and customer requirements.
- Finalize product configurations, quantities, and solution components.
- Recommend technically compliant products and alternative solutions.

Tender Analysis

- Analyze RFPs, tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Prepare compliance statements and support pre-bid queries.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet all tender requirements.

Technical Proposals

- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Assist the Sales Team during technical discussions and bid submissions.

Vendor & OEM Management





- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical documents, quotations, certifications, and product information.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners.
- Identify new products and technologies relevant to the education sector.

Research & Coordination

- Conduct market research on emerging educational technologies.
- Maintain a repository of approved products, vendors, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure timely completion of tender deliverables.
