Requirement - Surveyor

Experience - 07 to 10 years

Job Responsibilities for Cement Plant Electrical & Instrumentation Surveyor:

Candidates should have cement plant & quality experience.

The surveyor must have Cement Industry experience (Cement Ball Mill and Vertical Roller Pre Grinding Mill) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Inspect, test, supervise, and verify all electrical heavy machinery, including transformers, HT/LT panels, switchyard equipment,

HT & LT motors, distribution boards (DB), cable tray support, cable tray, cable laying, cable gland and termination and junction boxes

(AJB, DJB, CJB, RJB, ALDB, MLDB, Welding JB, PDB & SLDB etc.), Earthing Pit, Earth Strip, Lighting, Bus Duct, NIFPS, UPS, Battery

Charger system, Fan, HVAC, P&V;, Sequence timer panel, lighting arrestors, DCS, Weighing Systems and all type of instruments related Cement Industry.

Conduct visual and dimensional checks as per technical data sheets.

Assess cables (HT, LT, instrument, signal)



and all types of connections and terminations.

Supervision of the E&I; work, including DP switches, pressure switches, transmitters, solenoid valves (SOV), relays, proximity sensors (proxy),

Radar Level, Level switch, limit switch, Sound Level, Opacity monitor etc.

Verify earthing systems and earthing pits.

Surveyor must be aware about NCR procedure

Documentation of all quality related activities

Candidate must have knowledge of Daily/ Weekly & monthly observation report Have knowledge of lighting circuits, including SMPS and MCBs for industrial applications.

Measurement sheet checking, invoice checking and verification.

Inside plant premises all type of Project activities related to E&I; should be supervise, inspect, check and verify including physical verification of invoice verification.
