Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Project/Delivery Managers who can lead end-to-end project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps)
- Act as primary point of contact for clients/stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Improve delivery processes and team productivity

Required Skills:





- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Positive to Have:

- PMP / Scrum Master certification
- Experience in IT services/product companies
- Exposure to cloud-based projects

Pay: ₹623,842.80 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
