As a Collection Executive at Sri Vanamayil Chits, you will be responsible for collecting installment payments from customers, ensuring secure handling of cash and digital transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in supporting the organization's daily collection operations by depositing collected amounts to the office on time and updating all payment details in the system with complete accuracy. Your ability to interact professionally with customers, maintain transparency, and follow company procedures will contribute to a smooth and reliable collection process.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect installment payments and other dues from customers as per the collection schedule.
- Ensure timely submission of all collected amounts to the branch or office.
- Accurately enter customer payment details into the company's system.




- Verify payment receipts and maintain complete collection records.
- Reconcile daily collections with system entries and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the protected handling of cash and digital transactions.
- Provide customers with payment acknowledgments and address basic payment-related queries.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth collection and record management.
- Follow company policies, financial procedures, and compliance standards during collection activities.
- Prepare daily collection reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
