Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operations of Crusher Plant, RMC Plant, and Block Manufacturing Unit. The candidate should have robust leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive productivity, cost control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations of Crusher, RMC, and Block factory
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently
- Monitor plant performance, uptime, and output quality

Team Leadership

- Lead plant managers, supervisors, and workforce
- Ensure proper manpower planning and utilization
- Drive discipline and performance across units

Production & Planning

- Plan production schedules based on demand
- Coordinate between quarry, crusher, RMC, and dispatch
- Ensure uninterrupted material flow

Quality Control

- Ensure quality standards for aggregates, concrete, and blocks
- Implement process improvements to reduce defects

Cost & Efficiency

- Control operational costs (fuel, power, maintenance)
- Minimize wastage and improve productivity
- Monitor P&L; at plant level





Maintenance & Safety

- Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery
- Enforce strict safety practices at all sites
- Reduce breakdowns and downtime

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms
- Maintain records for audits and inspections

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Crusher / Quarry / RMC operations
- Knowledge of plant machinery, production cycles, and maintenance
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Cost control and operational efficiency focus

Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering

Preferred:

- Experience in integrated operations (Crusher + RMC + Blocks)
- Exposure to large-scale plant management
- Knowledge of ERP / production tracking systems

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
