We're Hiring | HR Manager (Night Shift - US Process)

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

SkySun is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and drive a positive employee experience. If you're passionate about people, compliance, employee engagement, and HR strategy, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding to exit formalities
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle grievance resolution and employee relations
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory compliances
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR policies
- Maintain HR records, MIS, and documentation
- Coordinate with management on performance management, audits, and policy implementation




- Handle employment-related legal documentation and compliance matters

What We're Looking For:

✔ 3–9 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
✔ Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and Indian labour laws
✔ Experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, and POSH compliance
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience working in a US process or night shift environment will be an added advantage
