Company Farm Responsibilities

- Crop planning: Design seasonal planting and harvesting schedules for maximum yield.
- Soil and water management: Monitor soil fertility, test nutrient levels, and direct automated or manual irrigation systems.
- Pest and disease control: Inspect crops routinely, diagnose plant pathogens, and apply organic or chemical treatments safely.
- Labor and equipment supervision: Manage field staff, delegate daily tasks, and maintain farming machinery.
- Office and Facility Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior landscaping: Design and maintain office lawns, green belts, podiums, and terrace gardens.
- Indoor plant care: Oversee the health of office potted plants and vertical green walls.
- Vendor and budget coordination: Procure gardening materials, negotiate vendor costs, and track department spending.

Maintain aesthetic and stress-relieving natural environments for staff workspace areas
- Field Operations: Perform plowing, planting, spraying, and harvesting using specialized machinery.
- Labor Management: Recruit, train, pay, and schedule seasonal farm workers while ensuring safety rules are met.
- Client & Project Coordination: Meet with landowners to assess needs, provide cost quotes, and plan work timelines.
- Agronomy & Compliance: Follow local labor laws, maintain accurate farm records, and apply proper crop nutrition or pest control.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
