About the Role

Pentium Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with site teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise project execution.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control procedures.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Review and manage RFIs, BOQs, material approvals, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in project planning, procurement, billing, and project close-out activities.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction project execution, preferably in residential or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and cost control.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Strong coordination and team management abilities.
