What this role is

You'll be editing for some of India's biggest influencers — building aesthetic, music-forward Reels that make people stop scrolling and Shazam the track. The music is the hero. Your job is to make the edit feel like it was always meant to exist around that song.

What you'll do

Edit influencer content into high-quality, music-driven Instagram ReelsDiscover and suggest music that fits the creator's personality and the campaign brief
Develop a signature editing style per creator — not one-size-fits-all
Deliver polished, export-ready files within deadlines
Stay ahead of edit trends and bring fresh references constantly

What we're looking for





Obsessive music taste— you hear a song and immediately visualise what the edit looks likeStrong portfolio of influencer or creator edits — Reels, not just event videosComfortable with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or any editing tool — output matters more than software
Attention to detail on pacing, colour, and sync — every cut is intentional .
Takes creative direction well but also brings their own ideas
Noida-based, full-time in office

Wedding or event videographers switching to social media.
People who wait to be told what music to use.
Editors who treat all content the same.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
