We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Logistics Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and productive delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
Optimize warehouse and inventory management processes.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
Monitor and improve KPIs related to transportation, warehouse efficiency, and order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with logistics and safety regulations.
Analyze logistics data and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and monitor use of logistics software and ERP systems.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
Manage logistics budgets and control costs.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
