MYCPE ONE is seeking an experienced and visionary AI Tech Lead to reimagine and transform core service processes across Accounting, Tax, and Audit through the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence.

This role requires a hands-on innovator who can design and build AI-native solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and convert internal innovations into scalable products that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and client outcomes.

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Transformation

- Reimagine Accounting, Tax, and Audit workflows using an AI-first approach.
- Define, develop, and execute the organization's AI transformation roadmap.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Drive the adoption of emerging AI technologies to create a competitive advantage.

AI Product Development & Innovation

- Design and build internal AI tools, workflows, and automation solutions rather than relying solely on third-party platforms.
- Transform successful internal solutions into scalable, market-ready AI products.
- Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and workflow automation frameworks.




- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI technologies and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with Product Engineering, Accounting, Tax, Audit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Operations teams to develop AI-powered solutions.
- Lead ideation sessions, rapid prototyping initiatives, and iterative product development cycles.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into daily service delivery and business operations.
- Align AI initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.

Leadership & Execution

- Lead, mentor, and develop AI engineers, analysts, and contributors.
- Manage pilot programs, track outcomes, and scale successful initiatives across the organization.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure AI impact and ROI.
- Drive organizational change management and AI adoption through training, documentation, and enablement programs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

- Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Encourage rapid prototyping and data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate AI talent, review candidate portfolios, and collaborate with creative AI builders both internally and externally.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
