Job Summary

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers to generate room bookings, banquet inquiries, corporate leads, and holiday package sales. The role involves promoting hotel services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to generate room, banquet, and event bookings.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding rooms, packages, rates, and hotel facilities.
- Follow up with corporate clients, travel agents, and previous guests.
- Generate leads for corporate tie-ups and group bookings.
- Promote seasonal offers, stay packages, restaurant promotions, and events.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Front Office, and Banquet teams for booking confirmations.
- Follow up on pending quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales goals.
- Prepare daily call reports and lead conversion reports.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
