- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on BFSI subjects.
- Deliver training as per prescribed curriculum, NOS/QP, and sector skill council guidelines.
- Use interactive teaching methodologies, case studies, role plays, and assessments.
- Ensure completion of syllabus within stipulated timelines.
Student Management
- Maintain student attendance and discipline in the classroom.
- Monitor student learning outcomes and provide individual guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes for weak candidates.
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities in the BFSI sector.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, mock interviews, and internal assessments.
- Prepare candidates for Sector Skill Council assessments and certifications.
- Maintain records of assessment scores and training progress.
Industry & Placement Support
- Provide employability skills including communication, interview preparation, and workplace ethics.
- Support placement activities and coordinate with employers.
- Guide students on banking products, financial literacy, customer service, and sales techniques.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain training documentation, attendance registers, and reports.
- Update MIS and submit periodic reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, CSR requirements, and government norms.
- Maintain biometric attendance and training records as required.
Mobilization & Admission Support
- Participate in mobilization activities and awareness campaigns.
- Assist in student counseling, admissions, and batch formation.
- Coordinate with community stakeholders and local institutions for candidate sourcing.
Required BFSI Trainer with minimum of 2 years of Experience. Candidates with banking and insurance experience will get preference. The candidates should be a commerce graduate
