We are looking for Team Lead Freight Broker (US Logistics)

Location - Mohali

US Shift - 05.30pm to 02.30am

Experience - 04 to 06 years

Key Skills Required

- Hands-on experience sourcing and booking freight through load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of:
- OTR (Over-the-Road)
- FTL (Full Truckload)
- LTL (Less-than-Truckload)
- Drayage
- Dispatch Operations
- Ability to negotiate competitive freight rates with shippers and carriers.
- Experience coordinating shipments, tracking loads, and resolving transit-related issues.
- Knowledge of freight documentation, including Rate Confirmations, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and invoices.
- Understanding of US transportation and freight regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and cold-calling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Existing network of shippers and carriers.




- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Knowledge of freight billing and invoicing processes.
