· Receiving materials from suppliers and verifying them against the purchase order and invoice.

· Inspecting the quantity and condition of incoming goods.

· Arranging and storing products systematically with proper labelling.

· Maintaining stock records in ERP/Excel or inventory software.

· Issuing materials against authorized requisitions/invoices.

· Conducting periodic physical stock verification and reconciling discrepancies.

· Monitoring minimum stock levels and informing the purchase team for replenishment.

· Preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock reports, and inventory reports.

· Coordinating with the purchase, sales, and accounts departments.

· Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and security of the store.

· Identifying damaged, defective, or slow-moving items and reporting them to management.

· Ensuring proper documentation for inward and outward stock movements.

· Managing serial numbers and warranty records of products.

· Packing and dispatching dealer/customer orders accurately.

· Handling accessories, networking devices, and surveillance equipment carefully.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
