Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary

Krithick Grand is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, maintain high service standards, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, train, and motivate stewards and service staff.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor table reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow.
- Assist in inventory control and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).




- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B; service, with at least 1 year as a Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
