- Core Documentation: Standardizes and maintains all departmental SOPs, manuals, and forms according to NABH guidelines.
- Quality Indicators (CQI): Collects, compiles, and analyzes mandatory NABH clinical and non-clinical quality parameters monthly.
- Internal Audits: Prepares schedules and conducts regular audits of medical records (MRD), active IPD files, prescription rationales, and discharge summaries.
- Gap Analysis: Identifies operational and clinical gaps against NABH chapters and implements rigorous corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Patient Safety Goals: Monitors strict compliance with International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) including patient identification and high-alert medication safety.
- Committee Management: Organizes and documents mandatory hospital committee meetings (e.g., Infection Control, Pharmaco-vigilance, Blood Safety).
- Mock Drills: Schedules and evaluates quarterly clinical/non-clinical mock drills (e.g., Code Blue, Code Red, Code Pink).
- Incident Reporting: Tracks and reviews all sentinel events, near-misses, and adverse drug reactions, ensuring root cause analysis (RCA) is conducted.
- Staff Training: Conducts ongoing awareness programs for all staff regarding patient rights, hand hygiene, and hospital color codes.
- Assessments & Liaison: Coordinates directly with external NABH assessment teams during pre-assessments, final audits, and surveillance rounds.
Pay: ₹13,337.67 - ₹30,000.00 per month
