- Deliver engaging lectures on Fashion Design and Fashion Management subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide students on academic projects, portfolios, and research.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and industry-oriented training.
- Evaluate assignments, examinations, and student performance.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, retail practices, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with academic teams for curriculum planning and improvements.
- Participate in seminars, faculty development programs, and institutional events.
- Support student placements, internships, and industry collaborations.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Fashion Design/Fashion Management or a relevant specialization.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. (Preferred).

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching experience in Fashion Design/Fashion Management.




- Industry experience in fashion, apparel, retail, merchandising, or branding is preferred.
