Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy custom solutions at client sites.
- Analyze client requirements and develop integrated solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by clients post-deployment.
- Conduct system and software demonstrations for clients to showcase functionality.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and iterate on solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of deployed systems and methodologies.
- Provide in office training and support to client teams as necessary.
- Liaise with product engineering teams to relay client feedback for further product enhancement.
- Monitor system performance and propose necessary upgrades or adjustments.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and proposal development.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in the deployment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to client needs.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role with a focus on deployment.
Preferred
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity.
