Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Google Ads Specialist to improve our online visibility, generate high-quality patient leads, and maximize return on marketing investment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Local SEO, website optimization, and analytics, with a strong understanding of healthcare or service-based marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Improve organic rankings for hair transplant, skin care, laser treatments, and related services.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, schema markup, and internal linking.
- Monitor website health and resolve SEO issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical (white-hat) SEO practices.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.

Local SEO

- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all company branches.
- Improve local search rankings and Google Maps visibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Maintain accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) information across online directories.

Google Ads (Mandatory)

- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize bidding strategies.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize qualified leads.

Website & Analytics





- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign and website data.
- Coordinate with developers to improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and user experience.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages to increase conversions.

Reporting & Performance

- Submit weekly and monthly reports covering:
- Organic traffic growth
- Keyword rankings
- Google Ads performance
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Website traffic and user behaviour
- Present recommendations to improve marketing performance.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Google Search Console.
- Google Tag Manager.
- Keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
- WordPress or CMS management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Google Analytics Certification (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or multi-location businesses is an advantage.

Salary

Based on experience and skill set.

Pay: ₹18,603.42 - ₹39,705.82 per month
