Olive Builders & Developers, a well-established and trusted real estate developer in Kerala, is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Thrissur. The role focuses on lead handling, customer engagement, and closing sales for our premium residential apartment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, phone calls, site visits, referrals, and digital marketing platforms
- Explain project specifications, amenities, pricing structures, payment plans, and current offers to prospective customers
- Coordinate and conduct site visits and property presentations
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals
- Maintain accurate customer data and submit daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate or property sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a robust drive to achieve sales goals
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling residential apartments or villas
- Knowledge of the Thrissur real estate market
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and closing skills
