About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our luxury retail store in Bandra, Mumbai. Our brand is known for offering an exclusive range of premium sweets, namkeens, gourmet hampers, and bespoke gifting experiences to a discerning clientele, including high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.

This role is ideal for someone from the hospitality, luxury retail, premium food & beverage, or customer service industry who naturally enjoys creating memorable customer experiences through exceptional communication and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a warm, elegant, and professional welcome to every customer entering the store.
- Provide first-time visitors with a guided tour of the store, introducing the brand story, signature offerings, product categories, and the unique selling points (USP) that set us apart.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Handle walk-in customers with grace, confidence, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Attend inbound calls professionally, including enquiries from premium clients and celebrity representatives for gifting and bulk orders.
- Coordinate internally to ensure all customer requirements are communicated accurately and executed seamlessly.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service, hospitality, and brand presentation at all times.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized,



and reflects the premium image of the brand.
- Support daily store operations, inventory coordination, and customer follow-ups whenever required.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and prompt resolution.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets while focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, premium food & beverage, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong vocabulary with polished, skilled communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with affluent customers, corporate clients, and celebrity representatives.
- Passionate about luxury service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-centric.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working weekends and during festive seasons.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
