About the Role

Colonelz Constructions Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our branding, digital marketing, and content initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, market research, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Help develop creative ideas for brand promotion and audience engagement

Social Media Management

- Schedule and manage social media posts across different platforms
- Interact with followers and respond to queries/messages
- Monitor social media trends and analyze engagement metrics

Market Research

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
- Support the team with insights for marketing strategies and campaigns

Campaign Support

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Support email marketing, advertising activities, and promotional events

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
- Help prepare marketing reports and performance summaries

SEO & SEM Support





- Assist in optimizing website and content for search engines
- Support SEO and search engine marketing activities

Graphic Design & Creative Support

- Create graphics and visuals for campaigns using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Photoshop
- Support video editing and basic 3D SketchUp design requirements when needed

Administrative Support

- Maintain marketing calendars and schedules
- Assist with coordination meetings and documentation for the marketing team

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing, or SketchUp is a plus
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and content marketing is preferred
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
