- Coordinate with sales team and customers for order processing
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments
- Maintain customer database and CRM updates
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery status with warehouse/logistics team
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support
- Assist management in achieving sales targets
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in sales coordination/customer support preferred
- Knowledge in Tally will be an added advantage.
