Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Security and Compliance Executive who is a "hands-on" implementer. You will be responsible for setting up our security systems, ensuring we meet ISO standards, and protecting our hardware. This is a role for someone who knows how to both build and evaluate security.

Key Responsibilities

- Implementation: Set up and manage firewalls, antivirus, and other security tools.

- ISO Standards: Help the company implement and follow ISO security rules (like ISO 27001).

- Hardware Security: Secure our physical equipment, including servers,



laptops, and mobile devices.

- Evaluation: Regularly check our systems for weaknesses and fix them.

- Compliance: Ensure we are following all necessary security laws and policies.

Requirements

- Hands-on Experience: Proven track record of implementing IT security from scratch.

- ISO Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO security frameworks and how to apply them.

- Hardware Knowledge: Solid understanding of how to secure physical IT equipment.

- Problem Solver: Ability to find security gaps and implement practical solutions.

- Relevant Background: Degree in IT or Cybersecurity, plus relevant security certifications.
