Responsible for all customer facing activities. Lead a team of 4 employees handling patient service and customer care, around 12-14 outstation sample collection personnel. Specifically, overall responsibility for delivery of valuable service to patients and physician customers.

Salary Range

₹40-₹60k per month based on candidate profile and their existing salary
