What You'll Do

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in internship drives and bulk hiring campaigns.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Who We're Looking For

- Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-Graduation (HR, Management, or related field preferred).
- Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Eager to learn, organized, and able to multitask.
