Contract Pharmacal Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA – Vendor Qualification (Executive / Senior Executive) to join our Quality Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Review and approve Vendor Audit documents.
✔ Coordinate with suppliers to establish and maintain Quality Agreements.
✔ Review vendor qualification documentation and ensure compliance with internal quality systems.
✔ Maintain third-party audit reports, vendor qualification files, and regulatory audit certificates.
✔ Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
✔ Ensure compliance with cGMP, US FDA, and EU regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

M. Pharm / B. Pharm / M. Sc.

Experience





✅ 3–4 years of experience in Vendor Qualification or Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical formulation company.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of cGMP, US FDA, and EU regulatory requirements.
- Experience in vendor qualification, supplier quality management, and Quality Agreements.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and data analysis).
- Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
