The ideal candidate will possess specialized expertise in structured physical training, outdoor team sports, and managing competitive school sports teams.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

- Sports-Specific Training: Conduct daily systematic coaching, strategy drills, and tactical sessions for major sports including Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and Archery.
- Fitness Curriculum Execution: Design and execute structured age-appropriate physical education lessons focused on motor skills,



flexibility, stamina, and strength.
- Tournament Preparation: Scout athletic talent within the campus, build competitive school teams, and rigorously prepare students for CBSE clusters, district, state, and national tournaments.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate major on-campus sporting events, including the Annual Sports Meet, inter-house championships, and specialized fitness camps.
- Safety & First Aid: Teach proper physical techniques to minimize injuries, maintain strict field discipline, and administer basic first-aid care when necessary.
- Inventory & Ground Upkeep: Manage the procurement, organization, and maintenance of all institutional sports equipment and ensure gym and playing field readiness.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility (As per CBSE Norms)

- Education: Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) from an NCTE-recognized university.
- Certification: NS Certified (National Sports Certification) or a specialized coaching diploma from a recognized national sports federation is highly preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience as a sports coach or physical trainer in a reputed school or sports academy is preferred.
- Key Skills: Strong leadership presence, command over sports rules, excellent team building, and effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
