Job Description: Sales & Business Development Manager

Location: Ludhiana

Reporting To: General Manager

Role Objective : To drive footfall, revenue growth, and event bookings by building strong pipelines across schools, corporates, HoReCa, and walk-in customers, while ensuring high conversion rates and maximizing ARPU through disciplined sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion: Review and monitor all leads on a daily basis.

Corporate & Institutional Business Development: Generate new business from Corporates, Institutions, HoReCa networks & Build partnerships and long-term engagement models, Drive bulk bookings, events, and group visits.

Market Intelligence & Expansion: Track local competition and pricing, Identify new catchment areas within 100 km radius & Develop localized sales strategies

Key KPIs would include Lead Conversion %, Booking Accuracy %, Event Revenue Growth, ARPU Improvement finally Revenue vs Target Achievement

Ideal Candidate Profile: Graduate (Mandatory), MBA (Preferred but not mandatory)

Experience: 4–8 years in Sales / Business Development or Events / Hospitality / Entertainment / Retail

Required Skills: Solid communication & negotiation skills, Working knowledge of HoReCa, On-ground Institutional (ONI) sales, Corporate sales and having Existing network/database of corporates, event planners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
