- Critical Care & Procedures: Manage specialized neurological equipment (e.g., ICP monitors, ventilators) and assist physicians with bedside procedures, lumbar punctures, and EEGs.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed IV and oral medications, tracking for adverse neurological reactions.
- Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Prepare patients for neurosurgery, monitor for surgical complications, and manage neurological recovery.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous medical records regarding patient progress, treatment responses, and sudden changes in condition.
