Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the hospital and patients, attendants, and the public.
- Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievances effectively.
- Maintain positive public relations and promote the hospital’s services.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and patient satisfaction.
- Manage media relations, hospital events, and promotional activities.
- Assist in patient admission procedures and provide guidance regarding hospital services.




- Maintain records of patient feedback and prepare reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital administration / public relations (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle patients and visitors politely and professionally.
- Proficiency in English and local language is essential.

Salary: As per hospital norms (commensurate with experience).
