Experience: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Civil 7-10 years of experience in Product Development

Requirement:
1) Candidate preferably from Hardware, Aluminium windows & facades, UPVC background who can prepare the compatibility reports of hardware usage in profiles.
2) Updated knowledge for doors and windows system in aluminium, thorough knowledge of hardware.
3) Know-how of the Indian system window market including PVC
4) In-depth technical knowledge of hardware raw material and its making process.
5)



Knowledge of Die Drawing preparation, Hardware compatibility report preparation, structural calculation is must.
6) Exposure to all major global hardware companies.
7) Excellent problem solving abilities and leadership skill.

Job Description:
1) Performing research & market analysis as well as understanding existing product ranges to determine process and best ways of developing new product ranges, upgrading existing products as per the marketing team’s requirements.
2) Presenting recent innovative ideas to the Management in order to gain permission to develop new product lines.
3) Managing staff, resources and processes required to implement the vision and strategy for new product development.
4) Preparing cost analysis on the development of a new product.
5) Research patents, copyrights and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringement issues involved while launching new product.
6) Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and production to ensure that new products meets development targets and supports the organization’s financial goals, also to ensure that goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
