Product Operations Coordinator – Fintech

Location: Pune (Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM

Department: IT & Finance Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Coordinator to support the execution, coordination, onboarding, and operational activities for Ledger Genie, an AI-driven accounting automation platform.

The candidate will coordinate with Development, QA, Operations, Clients, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of workflows, product releases, onboarding activities, issue resolution, and operational tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between Development, QA, Support, Operations, and Management teams
- Track project milestones, pending tasks, ETAs, and issue resolution
- Conduct follow-ups, escalation management, and status reporting
- Prepare MOMs, trackers, dashboards, and operational reports
- Support UAT, release coordination, and workflow validation
- Coordinate client onboarding, implementation, and product demos
- Assist teams in understanding accounting workflows and operational requirements
- Maintain proper documentation, issue logs, and workflow updates
- Gather client feedback and coordinate internally for improvements

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of bookkeeping and accounting concepts
- Knowledge of Cash Basis and Accrual Basis accounting
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills




- Understanding of SaaS/product operations and workflow management
- Basic understanding of SDLC, UAT, and release processes
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and tracking tools
- Exposure to automation, APIs, AI tools, Python, or Selenium is an added advantage

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Product Operations
- Fintech/SaaS Coordination
- Accounting/KPO/BPO operations
- Client Onboarding or Implementation Support

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, IT, Computer Applications, or related field
- MBA / M.Com / Automation certifications will be an added advantage
