- Manage and allocate CAD work among team members.
- Monitor daily CAD workload, productivity, and pending work.
- Check CAD designs for accuracy and production feasibility.
- Ensure designs are completed within required timelines.
- Coordinate with Casting, Wax, Production, and other departments.
- Handle technical issues and resolve design-related problems.
- Monitor design revisions, errors, and rework.
- Maintain proper CAD files and design records.
- Train and guide CAD team members.
- Report department performance and major issues to Management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
