- Calling artisans and customers.
- Maintaining sales reports.
- Analysing the competitive market and product categories in the handicraft e-commerce portal.
- Logistic support.
- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
- Reach potential corporates and customers and existing clients to advise them about handicraft items as corporate gifts.
- Maintaining artisan requirement sheets and calling sponsors for Uthhan Campaigns.
- Posting questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales
- Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.

Requirements :

- - Proven experience as a process representative or other customer service role.
- High school diploma.



B.sc / BA will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in English( Mandatory ), Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
- Ability to switch communication styles.
