We’re Hiring: B2B Sales Executive – Industrial Filters

Location: Mumbai Hyderabad Bangalore (Hybrid – Office + Field + )

Siddhi Filter Media is a trusted manufacturer of ISO & GMP-certified industrial filtration solutions, serving the pharma, biotech, and engineering sectors. Our product portfolio includes Bag Filters, HEPA Filters, Air Filters, and Dust Collector Filters, backed by strong technical expertise, regulatory compliance, and reliable logistics.

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive who is passionate about industrial/pharma sales and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales across pharma, biotech, and engineering industries
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Coordinate closely with technical, production,



and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills

- Mandatory: Proven experience in B2B sales (industrial/pharma preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Telugu proficiency is an added advantage (South Indian candidates preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork
