Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the US recruitment process to meet hiring targets and requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various technical positions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with US labor laws, visa classifications, and hiring models.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions
- Provide weekly/monthly metrics on submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
- Solid understanding of US recruitment practices, job portals, and work authorizations and compliances
- Proven track record in team management and client delivery.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, recruitment CRMs, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
