We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining our products or services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to speak politely and confidently.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives
