- Communicate with buyers regarding order status, approvals, and requirements.
- Receive and review purchase orders, tech packs, and specifications.
- Prepare costing sheets and monitor order profitability.
- Coordinate with sampling, production, sourcing, and quality teams.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and raw material availability.
- Track the Time and Action (T&A;) calendar to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor production progress and resolve delays proactively.
- Ensure all buyer comments and approvals are implemented.
- Coordinate fit samples, PP samples, shipment samples, and approvals.
- Maintain order-related documents and records accurately.
- Work with QA and compliance teams to meet buyer standards.
- Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics and documentation teams.
- Prepare order status reports and update management regularly.
- Build and maintain good relationships with buyers and suppliers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
