We are hiring a Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our MG Road, Kochi site. The ideal candidate will manage on-site workers, ensure quality and safety compliance, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and labor teams
- Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement
- Liaise with engineers, architects, and contractors
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
- Resolve on-site issues
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1+ years of experience in construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Valuable communication and team management skills
- Familiarity with Kochi/local site conditions preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
