The Founder’s Office sits at the center of this transformation, working directly with leadership to drive high-impact initiatives across the organisation.

This role operates across functions — from strategy to execution — shaping projects that are critical to where the company is headed next.

What you’ll work on

Strategic & Growth Initiatives

Work on market entry, expansion, partnerships, and GTM strategy

Founder’s Office Projects

Drive cross-functional initiatives across R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and marketing

New Business & Innovation

Evaluate new products, pilots, and emerging opportunities

Decision Support

Build analyses, business cases, and leadership-ready narratives

Execution & Ownership

Translate ideas into action — plans, timelines,



and outcomes

Who this role is for

- - 1–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, VC, or related roles

- - Comfortable switching between strategy and execution

- - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

- - Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and initiative

- - Strong communication and storytelling ability

- - Curiosity about technology, manufacturing, and India’s infrastructure ecosystem
