About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead Developer with a strong technical background and leadership abilities to drive the development of modern, scalable front-end applications. In this role, you will take ownership of frontend architecture, lead a team of Angular developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality user interfaces that meet business and performance requirements.

This is a hands-on role requiring deep knowledge of Angular and web technologies, along with the ability to mentor teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of responsive and dynamic web applications using Angular (v10+).
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture.




- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and provide guidance to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level Angular developers.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Keep up with the latest frontend trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3+ years in Angular (v10 or higher).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of Angular core concepts like components, services, modules, routing, RxJS, and state management.
- Experience with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with Angular CLI, Webpack, and modern development tools.
- Familiarity with unit testing (Jasmine, Karma) and E2E testing (Protractor, Cypress).
- Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with state management libraries like NgRx or Akita.
- Exposure to UI component libraries such as Angular Material, PrimeNG, or Bootstrap.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n).
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Prior experience leading frontend teams in enterprise or product environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio is a plus.
