Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials required for residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining procurement records.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure interior materials, furniture, hardware, electrical, plumbing, and finishing products.

- Identify and develop reliable vendor and supplier relationships.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.

- Coordinate with the design, project, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.

- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.





- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of purchased materials.

- Maintain procurement documentation, invoices, and vendor records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

- 0-2 years of experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably in the interior design, construction, or furniture industry.

- Good knowledge of interior materials and vendor management.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software is an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously.
