Job Objective To operate UG & PT Plant operation

AS per SOP,Compiled all Maintenance

activity with permits and safety

measures in UGPT in shift operation.

Key deliverables Shift Operation activity of neutralisation,filtration,transfer&Maintenance;

Key Roles/Responsibilities:-

Neutralization through Reactor Batch process:

To know about Reactors,pump,pipeline valves,level gauge operation and its maintenance activity by routine

inspection. To line up operation and maintenance related communication with the supporting team and its

execution.

Filtration & Transfer through filter press operation:

Having good knowledge of filter press operation procedure and its cleaning activity.

To fulfil Material to dependent plants as per SOP.

Knowledge of Sludge handling and manpower handling.

Technical Expertise:

To Have valuable knowledge of different acids and caustics used for neutralization.

To have good knowledge about hazards during neutralisation and its mitigation procedure.





To have experience in sampling activity. Capable of identifying problems in equipment to handover formaintenance and retake in operation.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks to maintain a safe working

environment.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations governing equipment maintenance and operation.

Documentation and Reporting:

Generate detailed reports documenting equipment condition, maintenance activities, and recommendations for

improvement.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS :

● Qualification : Diploma Chemical

● 01 to 02 Years of experience.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills required.

● Positive fluency in language and keen to learn conversational Hindi and Gujarati.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
