Pinnacle Education & Immigration Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Tele Counsellors to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in telecalling, inside sales, or education/immigration counselling, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Counsel students and visitors regarding study abroad and immigration services.
- Explain visa processes, eligibility, and available programs.
- Generate appointments for counsellors and office visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate call records.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM is preferred.
