Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in freight forwarding and logistics sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through Air & Sea Freight services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for Air Freight and Sea Freight services.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare freight quotations, proposals, and pricing solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements to secure profitable business.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Air Freight, or Sea Freight.
- Strong understanding of international freight operations, pricing, and trade lanes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills

- Existing network of import/export customers and logistics clients.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
