Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a key link between company and dental professionals in your area. Your job is to introduce our dental products, build relationships with dentists and clinics, and support them in choosing the right solutions for their practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for:

Dentists (BDS) who are exploring non-clinical roles in dental sales, training, or business development

Sales professionals with experience in dental, medical, pharma, or healthcare sectors

Key Responsibilities

Visit dental clinics, hospitals, and institutions in your territory

- Build strong relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and procurement teams

Conduct product demonstrations and explain clinical use, features, and benefits

Close sales by understanding customer needs and matching the right products

Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction





Track market trends and competitor activity, and share feedback with internal teams Maintain accurate data on leads, visits, and sales through CRM tools

Who Should Apply?

Option 1: Dentists

BDS graduates (0–3 years) looking for growth outside the operatory

Strong communication skills and interest in product education or peer engagement

Comfortable with travel and in-person interaction

Option 2: Sales Professionals

1–4 years of field sales experience in dental, pharma, or medical industries

Exposure to dental products or clinical environments is a plus

Proven ability to manage a territory and close deals
