Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC-related compliance.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursement accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of financial data.
- Generate MIS reports and support management with financial information.
- Handle vendor payments, customer account reconciliations, and statutory documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC regulations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
Additional Information
- Flexible working hours may be required during event/setup activities and will be communicated as needed.
- Candidates with experience in statutory compliance and financial reporting will be preferred.
